Served with a crisp cabbage and apple slaw.

1 Tbsp canola oil 600g lamb frikkadelle 3 cups cabbage 1 crisp apple 50g blushing onion petal pickle small handful soft herbs ½ Tbsp sumac 2 Tbsp lemon juice + wedges to serve 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil salt and freshly ground black pepper 100ml garden herb & yoghurt dressing
